Hi everyone my name is Sarah Todd and I knew this wonderful lady as Mema. I have been great friends with her granddaughter Justine for almost 10 years and I used to come over just about everyday when she lived with Mema. I have always loved brain games and puzzles (in fact Justine amongst other friends usually laughed at me lol)...but not Mema. She did too! I remember helping her put together this huge puzzle. We worked on it everytime I was there for probably almost 2 weeks and when it was all done she framed it and put both our names on the back. I was a young adult but she still wanted to make me feel special and important like it was a huge accomplishment to have finished. She was the nicest, sweetest, most wonderful Mema to Justine...and to me sometimes! She used to make us breakfast in their little sunroom and ALWAYS checked on us when we were home and not running around. I could always tell she was very loved and adored her family. I will never forget her and only wish I had known her even more!!! God is one lucky man.

Dear Carl and all of Mary Lou's family, we are so sorry to learn of your loss of Mary Lou. Our family knew her and Carl through Redland church. I particularly remember singing in the choir at Christmas time and all the hugs from Mary Lou and you too Carl! We have not seen you for a long time, but will never forget your warmth and love!
