Mary was my mother's childhood and young adult best friend. She was always so kind to me. As a kid I always felt like she thought anything I said was fascinating. (It was not). She was a loving loyal friend to my mother until the end of my mom's life. She was always great to me. And I will never forget Hugh and Mary coming all the way to NYC for my mom's surprise birthday party. Sending lots of love to Hugh and Joanna and the whole family.
