Marsha Celestia Conard, 66, of Charles Town, West Virginia passed away Friday, March 22, 2019, at Willow Tree Healthcare Center, Charles Town, West Virginia.
Marsha was born in 1952 in Benton County, Washington, the daughter of the late Willis and Elizabeth Conard. She was employed in the dietary department at Winchester Medical Center before her retirement. Marsha, at the age of 16, was a charter client of NW Works, Inc. when the organization started and was part of job corps of the NW Works, Inc. by working at Winchester Medical Center. She loved all kinds of music and her favorite movie was The Wizard of Oz. The biggest thrill of all for Marsha was when she met Pati Jinich from “Pati’s Mexican Table Show”.
Surviving is a sister, Karen Clark and husband, Bruce, of Gerrardstown, West Virginia.
Marsha was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Millie Conard; and a brother, Keith Conard.
A visitation will be from 6 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.
A private graveside service will be conducted at Shenandoah Memorial Park, Winchester, Virginia.
