Margie Katherine Golliday, 83, of Clear Brook, Virginia passed away Monday, November 5, 2018, at Winchester Medical Center.

Mrs. Golliday was born in 1934 in Frederick County, Virginia, the daughter of the late Bufrod Pitcock and Lola McDaniel. She attended James Wood High School and retired from Crown Cork & Seal. Mrs. Golliday enjoyed yard work, her flower garden, baking, and had a tender heart for all animals. She was of the Baptist faith.

Her husband, Otis Eugene Golliday, whom she married on May 14, 1979 preceded her in death.

Surviving are sons, Rex Whitacre of Clear Brook, Virginia and Rickey Kump (Deborah) of Winchester, Virginia.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 6 pm to 8 pm on Monday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.

A funeral service will be conducted at 10 am on Tuesday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Pastor Mike Mayton officiating. Interment will be in Old Stone Church Cemetery, Frederick County, Virginia.
