Margeritia J. “Rusty” Bauserman
Margeritia “Rusty” Jacqueline Rhoades Bauserman, 63, of Cross Junction, Virginia, died Tuesday, September 18, 2012, in her home.
Mrs. Bauserman was born in 1949, in Rochester, New York, the daughter of the late Harold and Sadie Rhoades. She was formerly a waitress at Jacks County Cupboard in Gore, Virginia and worked at Rubbermaid in Production. Mrs. Bauserman was a member of the Strasburg Moose Lodge 403.
She married Donald Eugene Bauserman on October 27, 1988, in Winchester, Virginia.
Surviving with her husband are two daughters, Jackie Funk and husband, Gary, of Kissimmee, Florida, Margaret “Micky” Schur and significant other, Steven Whetzel, of Winchester; sons, Arthur Schur and wife, Wendy, of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, Gary Bauserman of Harrisonburg, Jody Bauserman and wife, Crystal, of Romney, West Virignia; nine grandchildren, Joshua Funk, Kristen Skeen, Michael Schur, Samantha Schur, Britteney Duncan, Whitley Duncan, Kye Schur, Ava Bauserman and Leigha Bauserman; four great grandchildren, sisters, Minni Weaver and Joann Prince both of New York, Peggy Davis of Toms Brook, Holly Newlin of Newport, Tennessee, Carol Szekley of Travelers Rest, South Carolina; brother, Doug Rhoades of Pennsylvania and Bobby Rhoades of Massachusetts.
One son, Michael Schur and one brother, Harold Rhoades, preceded her in death.
Pallbearers will be Arthur Schur, Steven Whetzel, Whitley Duncan, Justin Skeen, Josh Funk, Gary Funk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
