Margaret “Peggy” Louise (Campbell) Dillon, 91, of Kearneysville, West Virginia passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at Hospice of the Panhandle in Kearneysville, West Virginia.
Mrs. Dillon was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1926, the daughter of the late Adelbert and Doris Campbell. She attended American University. Mrs. Dillon was an artist and a member of VECCA, an art school in the Shenandoah Valley. She was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Toms Brook, Virginia.
Her husband, Edward “Ted” R. Dillon, preceded her in death in 2005.
Surviving is her son, Bruce C. Dillon (Jane) of Geneva, Illinois; daughters, Janice L. Rudden (Jon) of West Grove, Pennsylvania and Carol R. Boyd (Scott) of Kearneysville, West Virginia; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Along with her parents and her husband, Peggy was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy R. Martin.
Peggy will be laid to rest alongside her husband, Ted, at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
