Madison Jade Parker, 4, of Frederick County, VA, died Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at Winchester Medical Center.

Madison was born in 2006 in Winchester, VA, the daughter of Johnny Keith Parker and Jennifer Ann Parker.

In addition to her father and mother, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Pamela Barbour, and her husband Tim, of Winchester, Hugh Barton IV, and his wife, Bonnie, of Winchester; paternal grandparents, Kathy Parker, and her husband, Mike, of Winchester; maternal great-grandparents, Violet and Jack Lynch of Winchester; three aunts, Amy Barbour, Emily Barton and Alicia Barton; and an uncle, Ryan Barton.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Evangelist Charles W. Doughty officiating. Interment will be in Chestnut Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Terri Parkinson, Mikie Parker, Tony Lane and Alex Tussing.

The family will receive friends at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel on Tuesday, October 26, 2010, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Madison Parker Memorial Fund at any First Bank location.
