Louise Sylvia Roberts

Louise Sylvia Roberts, 82, of Cross Junction, Virginia, died Tuesday, October 11, 2011 in Winchester Medical Center.

Mrs. Roberts was born on 1929 in Loudoun County, Virginia the daughter of the late Edgar and Ruth Stone. She worked for Fredericksburg School System retiring in 1994. She was of the Lutheran faith.

Louise Sylvia married Thomas Franklin Roberts in 1970 in Lovettsville, Virginia.

Surviving with her husband Thomas is a daughter Jo Anne Smith and her husband Ashby, of Cross Junction, Virginia, a step daughter Rosemary Wilcox and her husband Bobby of Fredericksburg, Virginia and a step son Dennis Roberts and his wife Patty of Fredericksburg, Virginia; five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild; two sisters Shirley Allison and her husband Paul of Round Hill, Virginia and Libby Pierce of Fredericksburg, Virginia. A sister and two brothers preceded her in death.

All service will be private.

All services are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
