Carolyn Duncan Phillips left a message on July 20, 2014:
Louise was known as "Little Bit" to most of her family relatives - not just because she was short and petite, but because she brought little bits of sunshine wherever she went. No matter the difficulty, she always had an optimistic attitude. One of my neighbors worked with Little Bit at the bank in Valdosta, Georgia and proclaimed that she was blessed to know Louise - being greatly influenced by her positive outlook on life. She certainly touched the lives of all who knew her! My love and sympathies to her daughters and all the "kin". Carolyn Duncan Phillips (the Carolyn Duncan Phillips) who lives in Florida) -saying this since there is a Carolyn Duncan, who is her sister-in-law.

Louise was loved by everyone that had the good fortune to know her. She was a "mom" to so many of us. Always a compassionate listener as she wore a loving smile on her sweet face. She loved sending cards to spread her good cheer, or to give her own condolences. I love you Louise and I know God is enjoying having you in Heaven!
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
