Louise L. Berry

Louise Lillian Bartel Berry, 70, of Inwood, West Virginia, died Wednesday, June 12, 2013, in Winchester, Virginia from complications of diabetes.

Mrs. Berry was born in 1942, in Holly, Michigan, the daughter of the late Harold and Rhea Bartel.  She married David Francis Berry on December 12, 1964, in Michigan. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, gardening, and caring for her family, especially her granddaughter. Mrs. Berry was of the Lutheran faith.

Surviving with her husband is her son, Gregory Berry and his wife, Lara, of Alexandria, Virginia; granddaughter, Anne Marie Berry of Alexandria, Virginia and her sister, Dorothy Ball of Novi, Michigan.  One sister, Mary Lou Fletcher and one brother, Jack Bartel, preceded her in death.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 17, 2013, from 6:00-8:00 PM, at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
