Lottie Rosalie “Rose” Warner Cooper, 73, of Winchester, VA, died May 31, 2015, at Winchester Medical Center.

         Mrs. Cooper was born in Job, WV, in 1941, the daughter of the late Frank and Janette Warner, Jr.  She was a homemaker, antique dealer and member of the Moose.  She enjoyed going to Myrtle Beach, yard sales, flea markets and auctions.     

         Mrs. Cooper was a member of Grace Community Church in Winchester.

         She married William Ray Cooper, Sr. on April 13, 1963, in Fredericksburg, VA.  He preceded her in death on Jan. 1, 2011.

         Surviving are two daughters, Anna Marie “Robin” Revels (Allen) of Ohio and Rosa Raye “Kookie” See (Chris) of Winchester; sons, William Ray “Billy” Cooper, Jr. (Tracy Rosenberry) of Front Royal and Jeffery Wade “Bo” Cooper (Michelle Kerns) of Strasburg; grandchildren, Allen, Jr, Ashley and Brittianna Revels, Megan and Walker See and Ariel Cooper; sisters, Priscilla Laing of Strasburg, Louise Hoover of Winchester; brother, William Brian “Bud” Warner.

         The family will receive friends on Thurs., one hour prior to her service at 10:30 am, to be held at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.

         Interment will be in Culpeper National Cemetery at 2:00 pm.
