Lisa Marie Carver, 58, of Winchester, VA, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at her home.

Lisa was born in 1965 in Virginia, the daughter of Judy Frances Temple and the late Earl Edward Carver, Sr.

She is survived by her stepfather, Jesse Temple; honorary children, Miranda Velasquez, Joshua Domer, Jonathan Domer; 10 honorary grandchildren; sisters, Candi Lee, Linda Domer, Melissa Morrell; brother, Earl Carver, Jr; several nieces and nephews and good friend and caregiver, Betty High.

A visitation will be held for Lisa on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 11am with a service to follow at 12pm at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel. Officiating will be Evangelist Joe Lewis. Interment will be private.

I will always think of the word “spunky” when I think of Lisa. I became very fond of her and saw her in later years at the Moose Club. I liked that I had a chance then to chat and catch up.
