Linda M. Colwell, 76, born in Wilmington, DE and lived the majority of her life in Newark, DE, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 13, 2021.

Mrs. Colwell was preceded in death by her husband and best friend William (Bill) G. Colwell II.

She is survived by her daughter Susan Boyer and her partner Joe Whelan; her son William (Bill) Colwell and his wife Christine; her four grandchildren Stephanie, Staci, Bridget, and Natalie; her two great grandchildren Alora and Milo; and her brother Walter Ruth.

Viewing services will be private.

A Celebration of Life for family and close friends will be held at a future date.
