Linda L. Arnold

Linda Louise Sears Arnold, 63, of Frederick County, Virginia, died Thursday, March 1, 2012, in Winchester Medical Center.

Mrs. Arnold was born in 1948, in Winchester, Virginia, the daughter of the late John Donald and Margaret Ethel Sears. She was employed by National Fruit in Winchester, retiring after 29 years of service.

She married Roger Dale Arnold on August 27, 1965, in Winchester, Virginia.

Surviving with her husband are her daughters, Robin White and husband, Mickey, of Bunker Hill, West Virginia, Stacey Dawn Arnold of Winchester, Kelley Renee O’Roke of Winchester; granddaughter, Pamela Dawn Arnold Plummer and husband, Justin; Grandson, Kendal Hudson and wife, Britnie; three great grandchildren, Justin William Plummer, Jr., Aubrey Grace Hudson and Owen William Hudson and her sister, Judy Carter of Romney, West Virginia. One brother, David Sears, preceded her in death.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday, at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Reverend Ken Smith officiating. Interment will be in Mount Olive Cemetery, Frederick County, Virginia.

Pallbearers will be Dave Mullen, Terry Arnold, David Arnold, Dustin Arnold, Donnie Arnold, Jr. and Michael Riggleman.

The family will receive friends on Monday prior to the service 10:00-11:00 AM at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Open Door Baptist Church, 2587 Northwestern Pike, Winchester, Virginia 22602.
