Lewis L. “Lou”  Patch

         Lewis L. “Lou” Patch, 50, of Frederick County, Virginia, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2015, at his home.

         Mr. Patch was born in 1964, in Detroit, Michigan, the son of the late Leonard and Evelyn Patch.  He was a graduate of Houghton Lake High School in Michigan.  Mr. Patch was a warehouse associate with Ford Motor Company in Winchester.  Mr. Patch attended Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.

         He married Violeta Antonio on September 12, 2006, in the Bahamas.

         Surviving with his wife is a daughter, Sheri Patch of Houghton Lake, Michigan; step-son, Kerwin Joel Lupisan and wife, Angie, of Massillon, Ohio; granddaughter, Ayla Patch; sisters, Eve Ales and husband, Mike, of Macomb, Michigan, Denise Cruickshank of Holly, Michigan; brothers, Larry Patch and wife, Judy, of Dearborn, Michigan, Lorne Patch of Macomb, Michigan; and his bird, Jackie.

         The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00-8:00 PM at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel, 1260 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, Virginia.

         A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.  Interment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park, Frederick County, Virginia.

         Pallbearers will be Lorne Patch, Larry Patch, Kerwin Lupisan, Mike Ales, Kyle Patch and Mike J.L. Ales.
