Lester Love Henry, 54, of Hampshire County, West Virginia, died Thursday, April 7, 2011, in Winchester Medical Center.

Mr. Henry was born in 1956, in Winchester, Virginia, the son of the late Zollie Lester and Stella Florence Henry, Sr. He was a former truck driver and drove for Polly’s Cab Company. Mr. Henry was a member of Winchester Moose Lodge #1283.

Surviving is his son, Thomas Lester Henry of Cumberland, Maryland, two brothers, Earl Henry of Winchester, Virginia, Zollie Henry, Jr., of Augusta, West Virginia; his aunt, Rosie Reynolds and her husband, Floyd, of Gore, Virginia and three nephews. One brother, Ernest Henry, preceded him in death in 1990.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Tuesday at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel with Reverend Ken Smith officiating. Interment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park, Frederick County, Virginia.

The family will receive friends on Monday evening, from 6:00-8:00 PM, at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made for his son, the Thomas Lester Henry Fund c/o any branch of the Bank of Clarke County.
