Carl Sell left a message on December 28, 2020:
Buzz was a friend, and classmate at Mount Vernon High School in Fairfax County. He was always Big As Life and a hard worker to make sure the history of his comrades and friends were not forgotten. We will remember him at the Franconia Museum, where he often visited to share stories of the exploits of others who made our community a great place to live. A long, long, drumroll for BUZZ!

Our deepest sympathy He was such a great neighbor He will be missed “Buzz Lightyear” (Years ago he’d shine his powerful light down into our family room (2 acres away) and we’d shine the light he gave us back up at him) He wondered in the Fall season, when the leaves were falling, if we could see his flag/light at night. He would bring our shepherd, Shadow, many treats during the day. You and “Bets” are in our thoughts. Love from Dee, Jerry, Sam and Shadow
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
