Beloved husband, father, brother, and son Lee Elwood Willey, Jr was born on March 2, 1950 to Dorothy Rodgers Willey and Lee Elwood Willey, Sr, and passed away on Monday, November 6, 2023.

Lee was born in Winchester, VA and proudly serviced in the US Army from 1970 to 1973. He was an avid golfer and pool player in his younger days. He retired from General Motors after 30 years. While he had a lifelong passion for collections antiques, nothing made him as happy as spending time at home with family and friends, eating home cooked food and laughing around the dinner table.

He is preceded in death by his parents and both sisters, Sharyn Minnick (Robert Minnick) and Joanne Nicholson.

He is survived by his loving wife Norma Jean Funk Willey, his daughters Shannon Dayley (Wendall Dayley) and JoEllen Coates, his grandchildren Renee Hough (Sarah Hoffman) and Rhys Dayley, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He will be missed every day.

Viewing is scheduled Sunday, November 12 at 2pm at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel in Winchester, VA. Graveside funeral is scheduled Monday, November 13 at 11am.

Pallbearers will be Richard Funk, James Shirley, Rhys Dayley, Ken L. Minnick, Ken D. Minnick, and Todd Nicholson.
