Laura Jean Harden, 54, of Stephens City, Virginia died Wednesday in Blue Ridge Hospice Residential Center.

Mrs. Harden was born in 1956 in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, the daughter of the late Laurence and Jean McGinnis. She was homemaker and enjoyed antiques and gardening.

Mrs. Harden married Ernest Harden, IV on August 9, 1985 in Fairfax, Virginia.

Surviving with her husband is four sons, Gregory Reilinger and Philip Harden, both of Stephens City, Virginia, Andrew Harden of Middletown, Virginia and Jonathan Harden of Norman, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Kileigh Reilinger, Kayleigh Harden and Ariel Harden, three sisters and one brother.

A memorial service will be conducted from 2:00 – 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.
