Celebration of Life

Kenya Danese Scott, 57 of Winchester, VA, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Winchester Medical Center.

Kenya was born in Pensacola, FL, the daughter of the late Robert Baker and Esther (Sawyer) Scott. She earned her associate’s degree in accounting. Kenya loved dolphins, and all things oceans. She treasured being on the beach, collecting seashells. Kenya was very creative; she enjoyed all kinds of different crafts, and painting. She was fond of having a big garden every year. Kenya cherished her little dog, Oliver.

She is survived by her daughter, Kayla Scott of Winchester, VA, her son, William Scott of Shepherdstown, WV and brothers, Dana, David and Sam Kilcrease.

A visitation will be held on Friday, November 29, 2024 from 5pm to 7pm with a Celebration of Life at 7pm all held at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
