Kelly was a great person. He helped me out numerous times over the years at Letterkenny. He would always go out of his way for you. He has been and will continue to be sorely missed. From the first time I met him we had a military connection and often talked about various topics. On occasion we spoke about family and it was very apparent that he was very happy and very proud of them. Sadly as it too often happens good people leave our lives too soon. I want to offer my deepest condolences. My heart goes out to the family, may you find strength in his memory.
