Keith Deloy Wilkins Jr., 40, of Winchester, VA passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025 at the Winchester Medical Center. He was born January 23, 1985 in Winchester the son of Sherry (Snapp) Boggs and the late Keith Deloy Wilkins Sr.

Keith worked as a chef for many years at the Cork Street Tavern where he absolutely loved his job, his co-workers and all of the people he was fortunate to meet and become friends with. He enjoyed watching all sports especially professional wrestling and he was always supporting his favorite teams, the Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Braves and New York Knicks. Keith enjoyed going to amusement parks to ride the roller coasters, playing fantasy football and watching gangster movies as well as his all-time favorite TV show ER. He loved all animals especially his beloved pit bull Kane and was a very outgoing person and dedicated friend. Above all else he loved spending time with his daughter Hailey.

In addition to his mother Sherry he is survived by his daughter Hailey Marie Wilkins and her mother Tiffany; brothers Jason Wilkins, John Wilkins, Chris Wilkins, Thomas Wilkins, Robert Russell II and Terry Drummond and his aunt/second mother Sharon Rhodes.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 2pm at Cork Street Tavern.
