Gary, Leasa, Trudy, Scott and Tammy and your families. I’m so sorry for your loss. I’ll always remember Kay’s laugh and mannerisms. Mom loved having her do her hair. And how they both always had to have every strand in place. My only attempt at smoking was when we were very young. You lived in the house behind Grammaw’s and we were playing in your yard on the swing set. Kay had been out there with us smoking. She dropped the cigarette butt by the swing before going inside to check on the youngest kids. So I got the bright idea of picking it up and trying to take a puff like I’d seen her do. Needless to say, it gave me, at least a 5 minute coughing spell. It’s strange, the moments that come to mind when you think back on your life with someone. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. ?❤️
