Katherine Mary Stelzl Orndorff, 82, of Stephens City, Virginia, died Thursday, December 3, 2015, in Greenfield Reflections of Strasburg, Strasburg, Virginia.

Mrs. Orndorff was born in 1933, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Bertha M. Stelzl. She was a homemaker.

She married Donald E. Orndorff on June 6, 1953. He preceded her in death on March 30, 1996.

Surviving is her daughter, Kathy E. Funk and husband, David, of Stephens City, Virginia; son, Jerry E. Orndorff and his fiancé, Sabrina Dye, of Inwood, West Virginia; grandchildren, Keith Orndorff, Shaun Orndorff, Mario Ricci, and Sara Dye; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Irean Alger and Ruth Ann Martin; and brother, Raymond Stelzl.

Three sisters, Imogene Orndorff, Matilda Campbell, and Ilean Jenkins and her brother, Louis Stelzl preceded her in death.

The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Mr. Sammy Campbell officiating. Interment will be in Refuge Methodist Church Cemetery.
