Junior E. Davis, 91 of Bunker Hill, WV passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at his home.

Junior was born in Pleasant Dale, WV the son of the late Solomon and Iva Mae Davis. He worked and retired as a carpenter for Mid-Atlantic Carpenters Association and was a member of United Brethren Church in Augusta, WV. Junior loved to hunt and fish in his younger days and enjoyed watching Westerns. He liked to travel, enjoyed going to auctions, spending time at his cabin and working with his cows. Junior also enjoyed woodworking and growing his garden. His joy, was spending time with his family.

He married Frances Kerns on December 17, 1949, she preceded him in death in 1993.

Junior is survived by his daughters, Margaret Kinsey and Carol Davis; grandchildren, Amy, Zachary (Lori), Melissa (Chad) and Jessica; great-grandchildren, Logan, Dominic, Taliyah, Kyren, Claire, Clayton, Christian and sister, Irene Wright.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife; son, James, great grandson, Brandon and ten siblings.

A visitation will be Thursday, January 5, 2023 from 5pm to 7pm with a service the following day, Friday, January 6, 2023 at 1pm all held at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel. Interment will be in Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
