Julie “Nana” Oyler

Juliana Oyler, age 68, of Stephens City, VA, died Monday, April 30, 2012, at Blue Ridge Hospice Residential Center in Winchester, VA. Mrs. Oyler was born in 1943 in Ramsey, Cambridgeshire, England. She was the owner and operator of a day care facility in her home. She enjoyed bowling, gardening, yard sales and had a great love for children. She was an avid Sherando Warrior fan and enjoyed attending her grandchildrens’ sporting events.

Surviving is a daughter, Kim L. Op’t Hof of Stephens City, VA; three sons, Daniel W. Oyler of Springfield, MO, Tim D. Oyler of Stephens City, VA, and Michael J. Oyler and wife, Kelly of Medina, OH; seven grandchildren, Sarah Oyler, Lindsay Op’t Hof, Trevor Oyler, Travis Oyler, Michael Op’t Hof, Austin Oyler, and Michayla Oyler; three great grandchildren, a sister, Shirley Baxter of England, and a brother, Michael Baxter of England.

A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday Evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
