Julia was born in Columbia SC and always wanted to go back to the south and ended up in Virginia. She raised four granchildren as though they were her own and loved to grow flowers and vegetables in her small garden. She was like the little old lady in a shoe. She never really wanted much in life. She just loved life for what it was worth. Most people loved the sun but Julia loved the rain. She loved to sit and listen to the thunder and the rain drops fall on the roof and drip down. I'll always remember that about you because I find myself doing the same things. Peace be with you mom. Love your daughter.

I miss you so very much mom. I've been back to Virginia and the trip was not the same with you not there. I know you are no longer in pain mom and I thank the Lord for sparing you from that and I know you are now growing new beautiful flowers in your garden up high in the sky. I love you mom. Your Daughter.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
