Mrs. Kremer was born in 1946, in Ward, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Mary and Hollie D. Stevens. She attended Virginia Tech was a paralegal for Defense lawyers in Alexandria, Virginia.

She married Richard Alan Kremer on October 8, 2004, in Winchester, Virginia.

Surviving with her husband is her daughter, Risa Ann Maley of Virginia.

Services with Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel will be private.
