The excitment would build as three little girls waited for Uncle Joe to arrive. We would scramble for a seat on his lap. There would be laughter and smiles all day. One time he was dressed in his uniform. I can remember pointing to all the colored bars on his uniform and Uncle Joe said that was fruit salad. Coming back to Moundsville and working in the local hospital has filled my heart with pride. People always ask your family name. Many people have sharded memories of Joe being a hero and the time he flew over Granny's house. What a wonder feeling when people life up your family in love. In Honor and Love to Uncle Joe Terri
