John Melvin Friel, formerly of Winchester, VA and graduate of John Handley High School, Class of 1964, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at the age of 77. He will be sadly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts. We would love you to come and help lay him to rest with his beloved wife, Sheri Leas Friel, at Herriman Cemetery, 12465 Pioneer Street, Herriman, Utah, on Tuesday, October 10th at 10am. There will be a celebration of his life at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home on Monday, October 30th at 10am.
