John Carl Cooper III, 43, of Frederick County, VA, died on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 in Frederick County.

Mr. Cooper was born on March 23, 1966 in Washington, D.C., the son of John Carl Cooper, Jr. of Smoot, WV, and the late Dorothy Kerns. He was a brick layer.

Surviving with his father is a sister, Deanna Cooper Fiddler of Winchester, VA, and a niece, Kaitlin Fiddler.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 8:00 PM on Tuesday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Pastor Karen Adams officiating. Interment will be private.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 7:00 – 8:00 PM, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations for the funeral expenses may be made c/o Deanna Fiddler, 127 Old Dominion Road, Winchester, VA 22603.
