I've known Jack for over 35 years as best friend, sailing partner, and work team -- both in U.S. and Moscow. I have never met a more kind and generous friend and will miss him sorely. So many great memories -- weekend sailing, up to Maine, down to Florida, off to Cuba, smoking a cigar ot two, just hanging out, and work/play in Moscow. Wow more memories and great times than five lifetimes! Thank you so much for all you have given to me and my family. love to Captain Jack, from Captain Hank

Bob and I had the time of our lives when we sailed the Chesapeake Bay with Jack and he let me steer the boat. I'm so glad he was right there to take over when I almost rammed another boat. He was a great brother and I will miss him dearly. Rest in Peace Jack.

The world has lost a beautiful person. I've known Jack for 20 years and he always had a wave, a smile, a kind word or a joke. Rest in peace my dear friend, you are so loved and missed by your friends across the street.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
