My deepest condolences to Kim and family. I hope such an outpouring of love for Joan from all who knew her is a comfort to you. I will always treasure my memories of Joan from the last three years or so, since Kim and I reunited at our high school reunion. My favorite memories of all are the talks the three of us had driving through the country after going to a church dinner. What a blessing it is for me to have these precious memories. I'm sorry she left us suddenly, but I know where she is and that she passed surrounded by her loving family comforting her. God bless.

I was shocked to hear about Joan. My memories of her are our growing up years in the Marlboro area and at Cedar Creek Presbyterian Church. Our first Dicks family reunion was held at her home. I am the eldest in that family and it is very difficult to see a younger family member depart. Please know that I share in your sorrow and send my most sincere sympathy. "Sister"

We have a lot of good memories about Joan over the years of doing work for her and Kenny's rentals. She was on her A game at all times, and very witty. She always could make you laugh with her stories. She will be missed by us all here. Especially when it's time for her yearly fall check ups, and it will no longer be her voice saying, "Marshall I think it's time to get these ol furnaces checked and cleaned for the winter."
