Jessie Virginia Beatty

Jessie Virginia Stahley Beatty, 84, of Stephens City, Virginia, died Tuesday, July 3, 2010 in Winchester Medical Center.

Mrs. Beatty was born in 1926 in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Harold and Katherine Stahley. She was a homemaker.

She married James Edwin Beatty on May 11, 1946 in West Milton, Pennsylvania.

Surviving with her husband are two daughters, Drenda Lasley and husband, Bill, of Ocean Pines Maryland, Carrie Garrigan and husband, Donald, of Selins Grove, Pennsylvania; three sons, James Beatty and wife, Barbara, of New Market, Maryland, Steve Beatty and wife, Cindy, of Indianapolis, Indiana, Ken Beatty of Stephens City, Virginia; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; her sister, Jean Berryman of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and brother, Clinton Stahley of Montandum, Pennsylvania.

All services with Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel will be private.
