Janice L. (Marsh) Donley, 82, of Winchester, Virginia died Saturday, May 26, 2018, at her home.

Mrs. Donley was born in 1936 in Harrison County, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Harley Ralph and Lovie May Whiteman. She graduated from Bridgeport High School, Class of 1954 and was a home healthcare provider. Mrs. Donley enjoyed traveling, knitting and crocheting. She always looked forward to her Saturday lunch with friends and family. Mrs. Donley loved her animals, especially her cat, Molly. She was a spiritual leader and provided assistance to those in the community. Mrs. Donley was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Her husband, Charles H. Donley, whom she married July 22, 1989 in Fairmont, West Virginia preceded her in death in 2017. She was also preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, Kent Marsh.

Surviving are daughters, Pamela J. Norris (Jimmy) of Bluemont, Virginia and Tammy Marsh Austin (Stormy) of Round Hill, Virginia; sons, Mark A. Marsh of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Gregory K. Marsh (Laura) of Leesburg, Virginia, and Kirk E. Marsh (Jeannie) of Clear Brook, Virginia; grandchildren, Tina, Amy, Jamie, Samantha, Leah, Cory, Blakely, Dwight, Joshua, Alysha, Isaiah, Amber, Sarah, and Mellissa; twenty-two great grandchildren; and sister Marie Sestric of Allison Park, Pennsylvania.

Mrs. Donley was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Donley; husband, Kent Marsh; and grandchild, Nikki.

All services are private. Arrangements are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
