Jane A. Larrick, age 83, of Winchester, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2016, at Envoy of Winchester.
Mrs. Larrick was born in 1933 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late William C. and Martha M. Reiter. Jane worked in sales at Belk Department Store until her retirement.
Jane married Frank Clevenger in Johnstown, Pennsylvania on October 21, 1954. He preceded her in death on February 7, 1981.
Jane remarried Gordon Larrick of Winchester, Virginia on May 25, 1997. He preceded her in death on September 10, 2013. Jane’s sister Donna Delso and her grandson Christopher Clevenger also preceded her in death.
Jane is survived by three sons, Wayne Clevenger of Richmond, VA, Darwyn Clevenger of Winchester, VA, and Irvin Clevenger of Greenfield, MA; seven grandchildren, Declan Clevenger of Richmond, VA, Darion Clevenger, Richard Clevenger, Angel Clevenger, and Evie Omps, all of Winchester, VA; and Katie Clevenger and Jamison Clevenger of Greenfield, MA; and one sister, Geraldine Sullivan of Seattle, WA.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:30 pm on Friday, May 20, 2016, in Shenandoah Memorial Park, Frederick County, VA.

I wanted to express my condolences for your loss. In reading Jane's life journey, it is evident she impacted the lives of many and touched their hearts. Something that has helped many to cope with the death of love ones, is knowing how much Jesus was moved with pity and wept when he saw the tears of someone suffering (Luke 7:12-15). This Bible account gives us a wonderful hope of the resurrection. Also, God promises the tears of loss we shed today, will be removed forever (Revelation 21:3-4). I hope you find comfort in these wonderful promises from God.
