James Randolph Seal, 94 of Martinsburg, WV, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026, at Winchester Health & Rehab.
James was born in 1932 in Winchester, VA, the son of the late Robert and Eva May Seal. He was a graduate of Stephens City High School and then went on to proudly serve our country in the United States Air Force. James retired as parts manager in 1993 for Jim Stutzman Chevrolet. James was a member of Montague Avenue United Methodist Church. He enjoyed traveling and loved his dog, Stitchie.
He is survived by his wife, Hallie “Libby” Elizabeth Seal whom he married on July 2, 2011; son, Craig Seal (Stacey) and his grandson, Thomas Elliott Seal.
In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Seal.
A visitation will be held for James on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 5pm to 7pm with a service the following day Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 11am all held at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel. Interment will be in Gerrardstown Presbyterian Cemetery, 372 Dominion Rd, Gerrardstown, WV 25420.
