Macky, as I called him, & I grew up together. We were school mates fro grade school thru high school. His parents & my parents were dear friends so we spent a lot of time together. He was such a mild-mannered guy; a true gentleman.I haven't seen him in years but one day I will meet up w/him in heaven. May God comfort & strengthen you at this time.

Mack's smile and laugh could light up a room. When our children first met their new Uncle Mack, they took to him immediately. Our son Dan and Mack shared many stories about books they both read. Two years ago Dan's son met Mack and enjoyed learning tidbits about the Civil War from him. Mack was indeed a gentle giant. He will be missed.
