Mrs. Madden, Keith. Mike, and Family, Please accept my deepest and sincere condolences. I hope you find comfort and peace in the wonderful memories you shared. I have such fond memories with your family and hold them near and dear to my heart. A lot them have to do with food (subs, shark, lamb, Shepherd's Pie, etc..). I still have all the recipes and make the shepherds pie often. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Much Love, Nikki

Jim was one of those "old Corps" guys I came to know when I started out at USACE. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with and a great travelling companion. He had been everywhere. Aside from our military construction work, Jim helped out a lot of people doing Civic Action projects all over Africa. I will miss him.
