Jacqueline Ruth Blasdel Hall, 64, of Bunker Hill, West Virginia, died Friday, July 8, 2011, in her home.
Mrs. Hall was born in 1947, in Baltimore, Maryland, the daughter of the late Steve G. and Lura Ella Blasdel. She was a school bus driver with Berkeley County School System and a member of the Open Door Baptist Church in Frederick County, Virginia.
She married Tommy Hall on June 21, 1965, in Columbia, South Carolina.
Surviving with her husband, is her daughter, Lisa Woodall and husband, David, of Winchester, Virginia; son, Tommy “Tucker” Hall and wife, Jody, of Bunker Hill, West Virginia; five grandchildren; a sister Carolyn Wilhelm and husband, George, of Bunker Hill, West Virginia and brother Steve G. Blasdel Jr. and wife Sylvia of Baltimore, Maryland.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Reverend Ken Smith officiating. Interment will be private.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, one hour prior to the service, from 1:00-2:00 PM at Omps Funeral home, Amherst Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Open Door Baptist Church, 2587 Northwestern Pike, Winchester, VA 22602.
