Jeff Michael left a message on April 26, 2024:
Mike, Nancy, and family, I am very sorry to hear of Phil's passing. Please accept my deepest condolences. My first fulltime job after college was working for Phil as a real estate agent. and as an associate broker. He was a great teacher and mentor for me during those years and I'm happy to say that he was a friend as well. He took me under his wing and taught me so much about every aspect of real estate and business in general. He simply mastered real estate. Whether it be sales, marketing, law, financing, construction, or land development, he was the man with a plan. In addition to his knowledge of real estate, Phil also had a great sense of humor. As I'm sure many will say, Phil was fun to be around and I'm so glad that God placed Phil in my life. He will be greatly missed.
