Ina R. Fitzhugh
Ina Ray Washington Fitzhugh, 70, of Stephens City, Virginia, died Monday, October 29, 2012 in UVA Hospital, Charlottesville, Virginia.
Mrs. Fitzhugh was born in 1942, in Front Royal, Virginia, the daughter of the late Paul and Nanny Virginia Washington. She was an assembly line worker with AVTEX in Winchester. Mrs. Fitzhugh was a member of the Christian faith.
She was married to Charles A. Fitzhugh, Sr.
Surviving with her husband, are three daughters, Linda Johnson Senter and husband, Clyde, of Winchester, Roberta Loving and husband, Jonathan, of Hughsville, Maryland, Arminta Fitzhugh-Lewis of Stephens City, Virignia; son, Charles A. Fitzhugh, Jr., of Stephens City, step-daughter, Peggy Ann Jett of Winchester; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; sister, Lillian Whitmore of Front Royal, Virginia; brothers, Floyd Washington and Lewis Washington both of Front Royal, Virginia.
One sister, Portia Pollard and two brothers, Paul Washington Sr. and Solonza Washington preceded her in death.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, prior to the service, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel, with Pastor Brevetta Jordan officiating, Interment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park, Frederick County, Virginia.
