Harold J. “Skeeter” Drummond, Jr., 77, of Frederick County, VA was called home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, April 22, 2020.

Mr. Drummond was born in 1942 in Winchester, VA, son of the late Harold Drummond and Mary Keller. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, retiring after 22 years of loyal service to his country. Mr. Drummond also retired from the United States Postal Service and attended Zion Baptist Church.

He married Gloria Baggett on April 12, 1996 in Hagerstown, MD.

Surviving with his wife are daughters, Frances V. (Sissy) Drummond of Jacksonville, FL and Melissa R. Arnold (Robert) of Elizabeth City, NC; stepsons, James and Jason Arnold; grandchildren, Eric J. Drummond, Andrew Arnold and Adrianne Arnold; brother, Donnie Drummond of Stephenson, VA.

Along with his parents, Mr. Drummond was preceded in death by a daughter, Carole Ann Drummond.

All services are private. Arrangements are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
