Harbin Allen Hall, 72 of Linden, VA passed away Monday, March 20, 2023 at Warren Memorial Hospital.
Harbin was born in Wise County, VA to Lawrence Hammond and Georgia Angelene Hall. He married his wife, Leslie, of Alexandria in March of 1981.
A retired truck mechanic, Harbin was an avid reader and liked reading about many different topics including history, American Indians and the Civil war. He enjoyed researching local silver mines and watching the Curse of Oak Island. In his earlier days, he was an avid camper and loved riding his motorcycle with his friends. He and his wife spent as much time as they could traveling down back mountain roads with their dog. Harbin loved spending time with his dogs, most recently Mr. Toby, an American Bulldog. Harbin also loved music and shared many songs with others. It brought him comfort and sustained him in his later years.
Harbin treasured visits with his family and friends talking the time away. He appreciated living in the country and could spend hours in the woods communing with nature.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, son, Keith Featherall (Bonnie) of Ruther Glen, VA, son, Steven Hall (Nancy) of Scottsburg, VA, daughter, Rainy Hall (Scott) of Paw, Paw, WV, daughter, Sarah Mullins (Jeremy) of Bealeton, VA, son, Brian Hall of Coeburn, VA and Mr. Toby of Linden, VA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and his sister, Shawnee Hall.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Sanders Hall.
