Hi dad. It's your birthday and you're not here to celebrate it. I miss you so much and I wanna talk to you everyday. There is so much you are missing out on and its not fair. You granddaughter Fiona was born Dec. 3rd 2016 and she will be turning 2 very soon. I wish so badly that she would know what a wonderful grandfather she has in heaven. I have so many wonderful memories of you and it breaks my heart that she will never have any. Do you remember when I was in middle school and I didn't have many friends. There was a boy who would pick on me all the time. One day he got to me so much that when you picked me up from school, I broke down crying. When I told you what happened you sled what I wanted for dinner. You said "anything you want". I didn't care at the time and you picked up some KFC because you knew I liked it. Then you said "you wanna go rent a couple movies tonight?" I said yes. You knew I loved movies. When we got home you immediately picked up the phone and called the school. You told them if something like that ever happened again you would come down there and raise hell. I had never seen you like that before. You werent just mad, you were in pain. You were in pain for me. I felt so lucky to have such and great dad who always had my back. You loved me and Haley so well. I will never forget that. You are my hero dad. I love and miss you everyday. Happy birthday dad.

My deepest sympathies to Greg's family. We feel such a loss at the Fairfax Surgical Center where Greg worked with us to keep our sterilization equipment in working order. He was a great guy and will be missed. When no one else could fix it, we could always count of Greg to come and help. My prayers are with you all for strenghth and peaceful hearts. Greg is now your angel in heaven.

My deepest sympathies and sincerest condolences to Haley, Lexie, Linda, and all of Greg's family and friends. I've known Greg since we worked at Avtex Fibers. We reconnected a few years back and he was a good friend. Always helpful, knowledgeable, intelligent, funny, passionate about his beliefs. And he loved his girls. I'm so saddened and shocked to hear he has passed. His candle was snuffed way too early.

I've known Greg since he was 12 years old. He became a moral, kind man who would go out of his way to help others. We shared a common interest in history and we went on a few - too few - Civil War trips together. There were so many times that I thought "Greg would enjoy this", but didn't follow up - much to my regret. It still hasn't sunk in completely that this dear man is gone. I will miss him. My deepest condolences to your family.

I really can't find the words to say how shocked and saddened I am. Greg and I were close friends for many years. I guess the words of comfort that I would offer to his family are these: A few months ago I had run into Greg at the hospital. He was very happy. Greg told me proudly of Haley's beautiful wedding, how well Lexie was doing, and about his fiancee. I know that Greg was part of a loving, caring, wonderful family. I am so sorry for all of you. I am sure you miss him greatly.
