Our friendship goes back to Poke’s membership with the Middleburg Baseball team. Every Sunday we would cheer on the team. When I bought my house in Berryville my first welcome to Berryville visitor was Poke. We both fought open heart surgeries, stents and ongoing heart challenges. He loved his family. God Bless Susie and family members.

Poke and I were trimming a few limbs at the West Virginia place. With the pole saw and I was wore out and Poke started working on the limb. Well it came down the pole saw left his hands and all we could do was cover our head. And once we knew we were ok we laughed
