George Kenneth Clouden
George Kenneth Clouden, 77, of Winchester, Virginia, died Saturday January 21, 2012, in Blue Ridge Hospice.
Mr. Clouden was born in 1934, in Washington, DC, the son of the late George T. and Kathryn Clouden.
George was an Environmental Engineer for the US Coast Guard and Department of Navy. He was a Veteran having served in the Navy during the Korean War. He was a life member VFW Post # 9619 in Morningside, MD as well as the American Legion Post # 259. George was of the Catholic faith. He was a graduate of Montgomery Junior College and University of Maryland. He was also a member of the Lions Club International. In his spare time George enjoyed playing golf, softball, bowling and bridge.
Surviving are two sons Christopher Clouden, and wife, Edith, of Chantilly, Virginia and Todd Clouden, and wife Jennifer, of New Orleans.; three grandchildren, Evan, Devlin and Mena Clouden; a brother Raymond Clouden, of Cumberland, Maryland; ex-wife Karen Dains of Winchester, Virginia.
All services will be private. Burial will follow at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery
