I'm deeply saddened by the loss of George a 1956 classmate. I recently spoke with George about our upcoming class reunion and he was looking forward to it and the opportunity to see old friends. I not only spent many happy days with George in school but also at the Crystal and Brothers II. with his brothers Demo and Nick. He was such a good person to be around.

John N. Sempeles left a message on July 11, 2021:
Prayers for my dearest uncle George on his passing. He was the most gentle, sweet-natured man I ever knew and was by far my favorite uncle. We spent much time with him and his beloved wife, Thea Marina, when my brother and I were growing up. I was able to return his kindness when helping him visit his ancestral hometown Yeraki in southern Greece in 2013. We have stayed in touch over the years, especially when my father, Nick, passed away in 2019. I am sad to see him depart, but glad that he is going home to Marina and my dad. May his memory be eternal.
