Freddie Mullins
Freddie Mullins, 73, of Winchester, died Thursday, July 11, 2013, in Martinsburg, WV.
Mr. Mullins was born in Jenkins, KY, August 6, 1939, the son of the late Hubert and Gertrude Mullins. He retired as a truck driver with Loudoun Milk Transportation in Purcellville, VA after 20 years of service. He served with United States Army.
He married Bertie Wright on December 23, 1965, in Leesburg, Virginia.
Surviving in addition to his wife, is a daughter, Barbara Hawes and husband, Daren, of Winchester, VA; four sons, Mike Mullins, Ray Mullins and wife, Tracy both of Winchester, VA, Doug Mullins of Bunker Hill WV and Roy Mullins and wife, Stacy, both of Bunker Hill, WV; two sisters, Louise Mullins Stanley of Wise, VA, Margaret Mullins Bentley of Jenkins, KY, three brothers, Harold Mullins, Emory Mullins and David Mullins, all of Jenkins, KY; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A sister ,Geraldine Mullins Collins and four brothers, Sam Mullins and Henry Mullins,Johnny Mack Mullins Russell Joe Mullins a great grandson Drake Cameron Davis all preceded him in death.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, from 6-8 PM at Omps Funeral Home – South Chapel.
A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at Omps Funeral Home – South Chapel. Entombment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park Mausoleum.
