Fred Eugene Unger, III, 55, of Winchester, VA, passed away on Friday, 23. 2025 at his home.

Fred was born in 1969 in Winchester, VA, the son of the Fred Eugene Unger, Jr. and the late Bonnie Gail DeHaven Unger. He was owner/operator of Alltrades Maintenance in Winchester. Fred was a jack of all trades who enjoyed being outside hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed his beloved bird dogs.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy whom he married on August 14, 1992; sons, Brett Unger (Natalie) and Fred Unger, IV; one grandchild on the way (ordered but not shipped); sister, Lisa Montagna and numerous nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces.

A graveside service will be held for Fred on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 2pm in Shenandoah Memorial Park. Officiating will be Brandon Merrill.
